Patricia Windon, a Texas native, is a financial expert with over 30 years industry experience.

Pat started out as a part time drive thru teller and worked her way up to senior vice president and commercial lending officer with a multi-billion dollar sized bank.

​

Throughout the years, she completed countless bank sponsored formal credit training hours in credit and financial analysis, underwriting, real estate, portfolio management and business development.

​

After 25 years in banking, Pat joined one of the nations top privately held finance companies. Within Pat’s first 3 months of employment, she managed to learn and specialize in “invoice factoring” and brand herself to be known as The Factoring Lady™.

​

Pat left the 9 to 5 working world to step out as a solopreneur and faithpreneur to be like the entrepreneurs she has helped birth, grow and succeed for many years. Pat prides herself as being a super connector who loves helping others grow, learn, look, feel and be their best from the inside out.

​

For decades, Pat helped start ups and well established business owners in various industries and revenue sizes obtain much needed working capital.

​

Pat has gone full circle and is excited to have the ability to combine her experience, education and all of her passions into one company, The Factoring Lady, LLC.

​

Pat majored in Fashion Merchandising from the Art Institute of Houston. In recent years, Pat watered the seed of “fashion” that had been dormant in her heart for years. She did this by collaborating with local creatives (make up artists, photographers, and fashion designers) on photo shoots and fashion shows as a stylist, classic model and promoter/supporter/volunteer. Soon, Pat was known as Finance by Day and Fashion by Night™. By day, she is connecting business owners to working capital while at night and weekends, she works on her secondary interests related to fashion, wellness and beauty.
